Worst insurance company I have ever come across. They charged me £97 deposit then cancelled my insurance without contacting me for my proof of ncd and then because they had my card details saved took out another £27 as cancellation fee. I am going to send them a letter by my solicitor and ask for refund all. I would call them darkside insurance company.
