I have had nothing but problems with this card and the customer service staff just can't be bothered to help. My balance transfer has had interest added, on several occasions, and it has been used abroad when I have been in the UK. Every time I call, the answer I receive is "I'll raise a complaint" which takes 8 weeks to respond to . Don't use this card provider!!
