i received good service from aviva when i called about an issue i had with my policy. They also gave me an incentive to stay loyal to them for another year which I appreciated

the face to face customer service at TSB Musselburgh is really good - in particular from Toni who has helped me with various issues over the years and always been very kind and good at her job

The service from AA was ok, not outstanding. They answered my queries and dealt with my requests but due to some errors being made on my credit card account I cancelled my card.
