Horrible to deal with, standby for over an hour on hold before talking to an unfriendly , pre-programed customer representative. blatantly dishonest policies , no hope on a fair pay out. Really obnoxious staff, whom live to be unhelpful and stop a pay out. Just a total unfriendly, unpleasant company

Such a pain, mostly due to RBS staff teams being involved with my banking. Started the process of moving all my bank accounts with Natwest, can't wait to leave them after thirty five years of pain.

Just a massive pain, have systems that even their staff point out are frustrating at their end. Waste so much of our time, just plain unhelpful poorly trained staff who are 'dead men walking' (using the term in an un-sexist way) because they know the amount of branches being closed and staff being laid off across the organisation means their days are numbered.
