When starting up my pet services business a few years ago Cliverton were the only company who would insure this type of business. Newer companies have since started offering business insurance at really competitive prices and there seems to be no loyalty discounts available for long standing customers. No reason to stick with them. They also ring up a good few times to try and get you to renew as well as writing to you, quite annoying.

I have insured my photography items with photoguard for a few years now. I initially insured my camera for a trip abroad. Once my trip had been completed I got an email to say they had messed up their terms and conditions and I was more than welcome to cancel and get a refund. This was amazing customer service and it has kept me coming back. Adding additional items onto an existing policy is easy. The website is old fashioned but the guys on the phone are always friendly and helpful.

This credit card was a lifesaver while I spent five weeks travelling in south america. Not wanting to take all the money needed for such a long trip in one lump sum I was worried about credit card charges too. This card offers free cash withdrawals from anywhere so I was able to withdraw sometimes daily and only carry around a minimum amount of cash.

I love that all the branches have had a facelift, they are all very mich more open and friendly looking now. I don't like being prodded to use the machines to deposot money. They are really confusing and it feels like it takes longer than actually having human interaction.
