Simple - windscreen chip - still not settled after 2 months,
I got the claim agreed with number got the work done but I can't get paid.
I've phoned 3 times, emailed 4 times, and written a snail mail letter and now I'm up to "the cheques in the post should be with you in 10 days".
I don't believe it - I've been put on hold for 12 mins, transferred lots of times - even when I've been given a phone number to call.
Of course its a premium rate number- its business model must be premium calls rather than motor insurance.
