Been on hold 3 times for over a hour. They have auto renewed my insurance, and advised to cancel if you don’t want to renew which I am completely fine with, if you can get through to them! They advised to email on the website and nothing can get delivered to their email address, no answer on the phone so having to ring the bank to cancel. They also advise to go though social media. However they reply 2 weeks later? Yet you have to cancel your policy 4 days before it even renews. You don’t get the letter 2 weeks earlier, so how can they reply 2 weeks later with a standard, email us and we will sort it. I’ve also tried to go though accident claim line. Which you can’t get though as well. So imagine if I had an accident, to claim and they can’t even answer the phone for a serious problem is concerning. All the good reviews looking down at them seem to be from people who haven’t had to deal with them, only purchased the insurance. Which yes I had no problem with, but actually having to ring them which is what you expect from an insurance once they have got your money has been a massive issue, which looking at the other reviews a lot of people who have tried to contact have the same problems Nightmare Reviewed on: 3rd June 2019
