Really happy with my experience with Virgin money credit card for balance transfers - I used a 0% for 3 years offer. Everything explained in plain English, and transfers, direct debits and one-off payments easy to complete over secure website. Phone calls from customer service to approve some higher risk transfers add extra layer of trust.
