A good bank but tough to get an appointment in person

I have banked with HSBC for many years and have been happy with their service online and in the bank itself, my only issue would be that they should invest in more staff in their banks for busier days when requests can not be fulfilled online. Reviewed on: 24th January 2020

Great customer service

AXA are polite and friendly over the phone. They provide a clear and comprehensive health plans which are easy to understand. Their customer representatives will clearly explain what is available to you with whatever package you have subscribed to. All in all, a good company to provide private healthcare. Indian call centers!

When ringing HSBC it is very frustrating to be put through to a call center in India. I feel there would be a better connection with customers if the centers were based in the UK. Reviewed on: 8th February 2017
