Wanted an ISA for this tax year. Found the process to be rather slow as they wanted to see ID and this took some time to be processed even though I gave it to them promptly. Their rates are good but their service needs to be improved

You dont go in the draw immediately - you have to hold for a full calendar month which is disappointing. So far I have has a few small wins of £25 each and I live in hope of something bigger. Have the security though that my money is safe

Cant beat their 5% interest rate on credit balance and another 5% on contactless payments. Dont find the staff to be as helpful and professional as other companies but I dont visit that often so is not really a problem

applied for this when they were offering a £20 gift card for taking out. Handy card with a good credit limit and gives cashback in marks vouchers
