I put money on my Pockit card by bank transfer so no fees with pockit whatsoever. Money going on card can be a little slow at times but usually within a day. No problems using it and if it does get cloned the money on the card is all that can be taken. If you lose the card you can go on line and block it straight away then if you find it again you can log in and unblock it no problems. It is a mastercard so can be used virtually anywhere thus I don't use my bank debit card just this one. No big bills just load it and pay as you go. Customer services are fine but best to call at offpeak times
