Stay away, customer service taking out a policy was good ~ but after a delay coming home and being stuck in Spain for 2 nights with all the added expense that obviously incurs we made a claim!! Thats not hassle free! after all the paperwork supplied we were told that a claim was not valid on the RETURN journey only if you had a delay GOING ~ wriggle or what ?? don't bother ~ customer service is not the only thing !!!
