Excellent customer service, not the best online facilities but gradually improving.

I have been with the CO-OP Bank for a number of years and have found them extremely helpful, very professional and a good company to bank with. They have been very understanding regarding overdraft fee's and other bank charges, unlike a number of other banks. Despite the brilliant customer service, the online banking is not the best but improving gradually. Some services can also take a while compared to other banks, for example a cheque takes longer to clear with the CO OP than it does with most other banks. Overall I would give The Co Op four stars because of their excellent customer service, but improvements must be made to the online banking & processing speed.
