Starling Business Current account is free, and quick to set up. There is no doubt Starling Bank does banking, but its Business Current Account does not offer real Business banking.
The weakest link of Starling Business Account is the lack to dedicated business customer support. I could not speak to a business team member to deal with the matter directly, and it has taken too much time without resolving the actual issue.
Until Starling Bank improves customer support for business account, it is better off to look for a real Business Bank Account elsewhere for primary business banking.
