It's not often I have to contact First Direct but when I do, it's always an easy and pleasant experience. Even when I call in the middle of the night (thanks to my working patterns) I've called at 3am before and never had a problem speaking to someone who is awake, alert and helpful!
One time, I had an issue with my mobile app and the person I spoke to stayed on the line throughout and made sure I was up and running before letting me go, which was brilliant as I thought I'd be given a code and left to fend for myself.
I couldn't recommend First Direct more (I regularly do) and I can honestly say my 1st account with First Direct is First Class.
