Terrible customer service, unhelpful, rude, difficult to get hold of/rip off banking service both credit cards and banking

Every experience I've had with this bank has been hard work from trying to get back online to access credit card facilities to being charged for nothing without being informed! Trying to get hold of customer service to discuss your bank account infuriatingly takes an age only to be told when you get through that they can't help you or they don't know how to. They need to stop pushing the onus onto their customers to do the hard work and start doing it themselves. I would never use these again if they were the only bank left standing! I'd rather stash cash under my mattress. Reviewed on: 12th February 2017
