First direct are always helpful and it's easy to use their online or telephone service. Really appreciate being able to talk to a real person who knows their stuff every time I call

It's easy to manage your banking with First Direct. Daily text messages keep you informed of the state of your account, internet access makes it easy to manage your money, transfers etc and they're usually very friendly on the phone
