I have used LV for car insurance for a number of years now. They always come out as one of the cheapest in the price comparisons. I always look for legal cover as an additional feature. I needed this once before and it was invaluable. LV were really helpful when I smashed my windscreen. I was worried but they helped me every step of the way.

I had a renewal letter from them but the quote was higher than I had seen on a price comparison site. So I rang them and they were really helpful. They lowered their quote and answered all my questions.
