Brilliant if you want on-line access to your policy

I like to add my son to the policy occasionally when he comes to visit for a few days and then take him back off again. With the on-line access I can do this myself so there are no administration fees and so I am only charged a pro-rata fee which works out quite reasonable.

Whenever I visit the branch there is alway someone to welcome me and help me with my queries if I have a problem or question. Despite there being just one counter, the staff on the floor are able to assist on their ipads or direct me to an advisor.
