Deeply disappointed when Barclays closed my Additions Plus Account that I was more than happy with, due to the benefits, to an account I didn't get much choice about having, just because they were getting rid of the Additions Plus Account from their range!

They recently changed the T&Cs on this account, increasing the monthly fee, which was very disappointing. However, as my mortgage is also with Santander, that coupled with my DD payments to various utilities, still gives me more cash back than monthly fee, so less happy than I was, but still better than nothing at all. When the fee outweighs the benefits, I'll think again.
