I've had second car insurance problems - LV sorted them out instantly and a lot cheaper than previous insurer. They also quoted a good deal cheaper on my first and most used car - and on renewal were cheapest too! Their customer service people are excellent in knowledge and easy to deal with

Have to say I have been a happy customer of Nationwide for decades - principally because they are loyal to their old customers as well as trying to entice new. We all enjoy great rates, thanks to their brilliant attitude and approach. Customer service is excellent too, and mistakes extremely rare.
