Simple process, mostly very clear and efficient

The online application process was mostly simple and clear. The process asks for the account to have interest paid to, and then states that this is the account that the opening balance will be taken from. So I aborted the application, moved the money to the saved into my current account and then re-applied. The application was fine and I received emails and letters confirming that the account was open. But no money was transferred from my nominated account. After checking with support via the website I was told this did not happen automatically and I had to do a manual transfer (which I did). The clarity of the website wording on application needs to be reviewed. Other than that, highly recommended. Reviewed on: 28th June 2019
