My dog was very ill , we had only been with Animal Friends for 9 months but they couldn't have been more helpful. They paid my vet the full limit of my insurance - £3000 within 2 days of being asked. It meant so much that I didn't have to worry about the cost of his treatment. Best insurers I've ever been with and the only ones I will use from now on.
