Generally the service with lloyds is satisfactory. My local branch is clean and spacious. The Internet banking/app are both easy to use and offer a wide range of services. My only bug bear is the current low rates offered on savings.

Have had a current account with Lloyds since I was a teenager, it's never really been anything other than average; no major problems and no major pluses.

Just opened this card for a balance transfer deal, 24 months @ 0% with a bonus 1500 avios per full £1000 transferred. Balance sorted within 24 hours of request and avios added in roughly 3 working days.
