Cherry picking ! lack of customer service, steer CLEAR......

We applied for a Mettle account online and through there App. Everything seemed easy and smooth. Then was told by message that verifying our details and account would be open within a couple of hours. All GOOD. NOT, 3 days, numerous messages to them which were mostly ignored. Then told by Will as Mettle is new they can only on-board a select number of customers onto the app. GREAT so they cherry pick who they want.. if this is how they handle opening a account, STEER very clear and wait for Monzo Business as i hear there nearly there and there current accounts are stunning.
