Have now tried twice to open a fixed rate bond with different email addresses. No luck. Contacted bank twice on their chat line. Hopeless. Looked back at the number of adverse reviews - there are many. Someone in authority should take a hard look at their customer service. Not for me now. Don't trust them. Reviewed on: 4th March 2017
