I went online to reload my card, went all the way through the process and then a message popped up to say that they had technical problems but that they would keep on trying. Three days later and still no funds, yet over £500 has been taken from my Bank account for prepaid card transaction. Neither party will return my money, nor load my Cash passport card, and I am abroad. I have spent three days sending emails, online chat, online forms, and telephone calls, without success.
