I was with Alphera for HP for 4.5 years without a problem until I decided to sell my car and buy a new one. They were quick to quote on the outstanding balance and the refinance for the new car. However, after I paid my loan off, I was unable to sell my car as it still showed outstanding HP. Phone calls back and forth and still not settled. Wonder when it finally shows that I did pay it off and to be able to sell my car. Waiting game.
It's been 10 days since I asked to refinance my car. Only the person who deals with my case can handle everything and is not in every day. I was getting so frustrated with their snail like pace in processing my finance that I decided to get a loan from the dealer with the same APR. This was dealt with withing 15 minutes and I can now collect my car.
