I've had this card since October, but have only recently decided to try and load it from my debit card without success. I sent my verification documents to Pockit in October, but apparently the documents are still being processed! I have tried to contact them by email twice (no response four days later) and phone several times and am now fed up with trying to get in touch. This is truly a terrible company and I'm glad I found out before I parted with any of my hard earned money.
