I went to the Blackburn branch this morning re a Banker's Draft. The gentleman at the desk was extremely helpful and directed me one of his colleagues. The lady was very helpful and did her best to solve my problem.
In the past, I've had an odd not so good experience but today, the way I was treated and the dedication displayed by the team was sheer professionalism.
