Closed my account and now will not return my money. Been 2 months now and lost my home and in so much debt to friends so I could buy food. My emails get ignored. I call 4 times a day with no information. This company is happy to put people on the streets and I will make sure every social media platform is made aware of the scam. Get a generic response 'sorry to hear you having trouble and we cannot discuss on social media, call our office and get help. Nonsense. I call and get no help. Call backs are not returned. Two friends have learnt from my experience and the service provided and are closing their account before this happens to them. I have no money and cannot even afford my anti depressants.
