Our Pomeranian badly broke her leg in 2 places due to a freak sofa accident at home. More than covered the cost that was over 4,000 pounds, with us just having to pay a £250 excess. The claim process was very straightforward with no fuss or qualms. If we hadn't have had this cover, we really would have struggled.
