12 years of insurance with this lot. No claims in 10 years and no claims for this cat. Price hike of £186 on last year’s premium to just under £500 because my cat is over 12. Got a quote from leading competitor for less than half at the same level of cover. “Well sir, that will be because of the new customer discount”. What about a loyalty discount you bunch of crooks!
