Awful experience following an accident get passed from pillar to post, constant misinformation (and in some case down right lies), always having to chase for answers and just generally incredibly unhelpful. Didn't collect the car for ages so was reported abandoned, took nearly two weeks to provide courtesy car, decided the claim was at fault when it wasn't, wrote off then sold on the car without transferring details so received numerous parking fines for months afterwards, undervalued the car, claimed was handled by 10+ people one of who said it had been settled and paid out in full and there was nothing that could be changed as I had accepted fault when that was not the case... Really just a completely awful experience
