I have banked with Halifax for several years. They have great customer service, the online banking is easy to organise my money. The savings accounts offer good interest rates and the current account offers a £2 bonus each month.

I have always found that the in branch service is of high standard. The products available reflect my lifestyle and there are always offers and initiatives to save money. These offers are aimed at their existing customers.

My local branch in Middlesbrough has excellent customer service, nothing is a trouble and the staff take the time to explain everything in detail and offer you the products that are relevant to you .
