What a joke of a company!!! Beware if you ever get into an accident with one of their customers, shocking customer service no compassion in regards to the victim only money! As soon as a bad offer for your written off car is given they off hire a courtesy car and leave you in total distress!
You have to call them as they simply do not return calls! Bring back good old fashioned Customer service with company’s that care about individuals.
