Uninterested customer service and low layout offer

Would give 0 stars if possible. My partner was in an accident that wasn't her fault and the other party admitted full liability at the roadside in the presence of the police and witnesses that provided numbers. The car was written off and their offer was lower than market value and stated we would only get a hire car for a week from when we settled. We explained that we couldn't get a car within 130 miles of us for that and that personally with a small family this was a massive inconvenience and it felt like they didn't care and simply wanted to get rid of us. My partner wasn't even sure if they asked how she was after the crash. Since we couldn't be without a car we travelled the distance to buy a car on the promise the payout would be in our account the next day which it wasn't and we had to buy the car on credit cards. Payment still pending to us after 3 full working days and the value was less than 15k. We will not use this company again. Not there for you when needed.
