My husband has a number of medical conditions that Travel 4 Medical has always covered at a reasonable rate with excellent terms and conditions.
However he had an accident unrelated to his condition and the staff in the claims office were excellent, very supportive and more than helpful through the whole procedure of his treatment. Excellent customer service, I always recommend them to friends.
