I have been with InsureAndGo for almost 10 years now. The first time I used them back to 2009, my flight was delayed for almost two days due to heavy snow at the airport, my sister and I received 'flight delay' compensation immediately. I thought my next year insurance premium would be higher due to the claim (like some medical insurance!) but it wasn't, it was the same price. Then in 2015, very unfortunate, I had an accident when traveling in Japan. I had got all my medical bills reimbursed with little hassles. Again I thought my premium will be much higher the next year having made such claim but the price was still the same. ( in fact, I thought I had some discount off for being a loyal customer!) I have been with other travel insurance companies before, they almost make sure you could not be able to claim for the 'flight delay' compensation. I am very happy with InsureAndGo as I love traveling so I will definitely continue to use them. I have already recommended them to my family.
