Very poor response to a claim which took nearly 5 months to settle. We were between a rock and a hard stone and had to spend much time liaising between M & S and the insurance company with whom the policy was taken out. M & S very aggressive and unhelpful staff. Insurance company indifferent (Zurich) Unfortunately when you really need insurance and are victims of malicious damage M & S staff do not help. They just want to take your money. Please do NOT insure with M & S, they trade on their brand and so called reputation but fall woefully short in customer service. Shame on M & S.
Churchill insurance customer service very professional, may not alway be cheaper but worth paying extra for peace of mind and courtesy.
