Easy to use app, whenever I've contacted starling through the app they have been quick to respond and sort out my issues. The fact that they do this without charging a fee, pay interest and don't charge to use abroad makes them fantastic.

Having had my interior stolen 6 weeks before I was due to go away, Emporium dealt with my claim quickly, authorising the work that I had quotes for and settled all payments before I went away. The staff I spoke to were friendly and explained the process and were only a call or email away if I needed help. They were quick to respond to my emails and everything was completed perfectly.
