I was sick on a cruise and although we covered my medical problems we had
not taken out cruise insurance . We did not realise this until we came home.
On contacting the firm we were treated with consideration and every thing was explained. When I was sick on the ship it was nothing to do with my medical problems and Covered2go payed paid my medical bill.
We will certainly be using this company again.
