My cat has a life long illness. She has to have blood tests ever 6 months and tablets daily.
I have never had a problem putting my claim in and receiving my payment.

My cat had an ongoing illness.
I have no trouble.
I take the claim form into my vets. The next thing I know, I receive a letter from lifetime, telling me they have paid my claim into my bank.
