i paid my monthly bill on time £200+ two days later an email from amex said my payment was overdue and if not recieved i would be charged so i paid again (mistake)
now three phone calls and four weeks later i am still waiting for my refund amex claim it was paid back to the wrong account number !!! surely all they had to do was check the payment details and send it back to the same account
i have recieved three empty promises of an imminent payment .
