I have claimed twice on the home insurance in the last few years. The first time was great, smooth and stress free and I would have highly recommended. The second time was a nightmare. Lost paperwork, having to resend emails and advisers who didn’t really know what was going on. It mad the whole process more stressful

The second time was a nightmare, lost paperwork, resending emails, advisers who didn’t really know what they were doing. Made the whole process far more stressful.
