Whenever I make contact with the Vernon everything is handled in a very efficient manner with a high degree of customer service evident.

As with most mortgages but especially with a self-build, the lead up to completion can be very stressful. Although obtained via Buildstore, I had reason to chase various aspects directly with the Vernon to make sure the completion date was met. I could not have found more helpful or willing people to help get things over the line. Rosie and Dan were exemplars of customer service and made my priority their priority to ensure all was in place to meet my target date. It was great to find an organisation who are clearly focussed on the customer not just meeting a monthly target so it made my experience a very positive one. I would happily recommend the The Vernon to anyone seeking a self build mortgage.
PS. The Vernon's "welcome to your home" hamper was a lovely touch packed full of goodies to relax with - just great.
