Used call back service to renew my travel insurance. Felt the person taking information had very little experience in medical conditions and had to ask server visor on frequent occasions through the 40 minute call. Had to ask for my 10% discount on basic insurance for renewing. When I said I felt it was high renewal cost, her immediate answer was to look at a lower insurance policy but I explained that a lower policy would not cover my holiday price should I need to cancel. Felt she needs further training as didn’t understand why I would not go for a lower value policy. Reviewed on: 4th September 2019
