I am a student, and I had got given a Britannia Savings Account Book when I was 16 years old, 4 years ago. When Britannia merged with Co-Op it was still simple enough to get money out of my Savings Account, until recently they have been trying to phase out the Britannia Saving Account books, as they are outdated. It was not a simple switch unfortunately, I had to have a meeting regarding changing to a card, but it was unclear what was the most similar to the one I currently had. I chose the Smart Saver card, which has been ok so far. However, my pin was lost in the post and it took over a month to be sent another one- BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!
