They cater to all your needs. In branch staff are very courteous and friendly and have great suggestions that they offer to customers e.g. re-mortgaging to save you money by changing to a lower interest rate - saved £1,600 per year. Very happy with that.

Spoke to a few members of staff who provided quick, reliable information. Arranged the loan that day. They let me decide what day of the month I would like to make a payment. Flexibility to change the date to coincide with my salary being paid into the bank. Friendly service provided. I would definitely recommend Bamboo Loans.
