I have been with Endsleigh Insurance for almost 15years. Why? In all my dealings, their staff are professional, knowledgeable, helpful, courteous, succint yet friendly. The insurance offered is effective and tailored to your specific needs. The premiums are reasonable for the cover. I highly recommend Endsleigh Landlord Insurance and would not go anywhere else. Each time I contact Endsleigh regarding insurance matters their staff are helpful, friendly, efficient and go the extra mile to ensure your needs are met. One time, the lass I was dealing with actually dropped a cheque into my UK bank in order that it could be utilised immediately (as I was otherwise unable to do it, residing overseas). It was no trouble for her. She was happy to help and that's Endsleigh - Any Insurance matter means "No Trouble, Happy to Help". I appreciate that help can be achieved via email too. That saves me alot of valuable time. And when I do speak directly all staff are courteous, informed and likeable. I always recommend Endsleigh, just as they were recommended to me some 15years ago.
